C3 microencapsulation for guaranteed highest SOD activity

As SOD is a protein with a high molecular weight (more than 30 KDa), it is necessary to protect its activity from gastric and/or skin degradation after an oral or topical application. Without protection, SOD, whatever its origin, will be degraded and can’t provide its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
